If something goes wrong, talk to us

A clear route from your first message to the right next step.

Step 1: message us

Send an SMS or WhatsApp message to our dedicated service number, 085 858 1810. Include your receipt number, the appliance type and model if you have it, a short description of the fault, your name and a number we can reach. A clear photo or short video can help. Your receipt is sent by email after purchase.

Step 2: we register your case

We log your request and give you a customer service reference number. For messages received before 4:00 pm during customer-service working hours, we aim to acknowledge and register the case that day and outline the next step. Messages outside those hours are handled when the team is next available.

Step 3: we plan the next action

If a home visit is needed, we normally aim to provide a likely visit day within three to four working days of registering your case, subject to location and availability. Some problems can be solved by advice, an inspection or a repair arranged at the store. We will tell you what we need and keep you updated if plans change.

If an appliance needs repair

We will assess the fault and discuss an appropriate remedy. We aim to repair where suitable. If you and our team agree on a replacement, it may be a different brand, model, colour or cosmetic grade: we will describe the available appliance and seek a comparable specification and value. If a suitable remedy cannot be provided, we will explain the refund or price reduction to which you may be entitled under consumer law.

Visits and transport

Our workshop is in Drogheda, and you can bring an appliance to us by arrangement for an assessment and covered repair at no charge for parts or labour. If you prefer an optional technician visit at home, we can offer one where available with a €35 transport charge agreed in advance. This pays for travel, not covered repair work. We do not charge for a visit, collection, return or professional removal where it is necessary for us to remedy a qualifying fault under consumer law.

Bringing an appliance to us

Our store is at Unit 18, Eastcoast Business Park, Matthew’s Lane, Drogheda, Co. Louth, A92 K072. Please contact us before bringing in an appliance. If a qualifying fault requires collection, return or professional removal, we will arrange the necessary remedy in line with your consumer rights.

Warranty and rights

Refurbished appliances generally have a six-month warranty and graded appliances generally have a 12-month warranty, with the exact period shown on your receipt. A warranty adds to your consumer rights; it does not limit them.
