Questions? We have answers.

What is refurbished?

A refurbished appliance has been used before. It is selected for reuse, checked, repaired where needed, cleaned and tested before sale. The condition of the exact appliance is shown in its photos and description.

What does Graded – New mean?

A graded appliance has had little or no home use but may have a mark, dent or another cosmetic imperfection. It is checked and tested, and any visible marks on the individual appliance should be shown in its photos.

Will I receive the appliance in the photographs?

Yes. Our listing is for a unique appliance; the real-item photographs show the one you will receive. We aim to show visible marks clearly. Ask us if you would like to check a detail before ordering.

How long is the warranty?

Generally six months on refurbished appliances and 12 months on graded appliances. Check the term shown on the individual product page and receipt. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Where do you deliver?

To eligible Eircodes in Dublin, Louth and Meath. Check your Eircode on the product page. Delivery is €30 for one or more appliances in the same order within our delivery area.

How soon can I get it?

Delivery is usually within 3–5 working days, depending on the appliance and Eircode. We contact you to confirm the day and call the day before with an approximate arrival window.

Can I collect or use my own courier?

Yes. Choose collection and we will arrange collection from Drogheda. You may arrange your own courier to collect on your behalf. Our delivery charge and installation service do not apply to these options.

Can you install it?

Installation is available with eligible delivery. Choose No installation, Replacement installation or New-location installation where offered on the product page. We check suitability with you after the order, before confirming the work.

Will you take my old appliance?

When we deliver a similar replacement electrical appliance, we can collect the old one for recycling free of charge. Please tell us in advance and have it empty, clean and disconnected unless an agreed installation service covers disconnection.

What if I change my mind?

For most online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the appliance and then return it within a further 14 days. Read the full Returns and Cancellations terms for costs and steps.

What if something goes wrong?

Text or WhatsApp 085 858 1810 with your receipt number, appliance details and a short description of the fault. Our team will register your case and explain what happens next.

Why is there more than one reference price?

The price you pay is clearly shown. Graded items may show a supported recommended retail price; refurbished items may show a known historical retail price or a clearly labelled estimate. A further-reduced offer also shows our own applicable prior selling price separately.

Will a replacement be the same model?

Each appliance is unique, so an identical brand, model, colour and cosmetic condition may not be available. We will explain an available replacement of comparable specification and value and agree it with you. Your consumer rights still apply.

Is there a charge if an appliance needs repair?

Covered parts and labour carry no charge. You may bring an appliance to our store by arrangement. A €35 travel fee may apply only to an optional home visit that you agree to in advance; we cover necessary collection or removal when consumer law requires it for a qualifying fault.
