A second life—earned
More appliance for your money, prepared with care and shown as it really is.
What refurbished means here
Our refurbished appliances have already had a working life. They are selected because they deserve another one. Experienced staff inspect, test and repair where needed, then clean and check each appliance again before it is offered for sale.
A process you can trust
Our refurbishment process is built around the published PAS 141 standard for preparing used electrical equipment for reuse. We use training procedures, work sheets and individual records to track the checks and work carried out. This describes the process we follow; it is not a claim that an external body issues a certificate for each appliance.
See the exact appliance
Every item is unique. We show photographs of the actual appliance, including visible marks, and describe its condition before you buy. You can compare features and specifications, see its warranty, and ask us questions if you need help deciding.
Value with purpose
Buying refurbished can cost less than buying new and keeps a suitable appliance working for longer. Reference prices on older models may be historical or estimated; the product page explains the basis so you can make your own comparison.
Your warranty
Refurbished appliances generally have a six-month warranty, with the exact term shown on each product. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
