Nearly new. Better value.
Little or never used. Maybe a mark or two. Checked and tested. Ready for you.
What Graded – New means
A graded appliance has had little or no home use but cannot be sold as a pristine new item. It may have a scratch, dent or packaging issue. You get a clear view of the exact appliance and its visible condition before choosing it.
Checked before sale
Our team inspects and tests graded appliances, repairs or replaces parts where needed, and records the work. Grading describes condition; it does not mean we skip functional checks.
Know what you are buying
Photographs show the actual appliance and any visible marks. Its product page sets out the model, important features, price and warranty. Because each item is unique, the one you see is the one available until it is sold.
Premium without the full price
Graded stock can bring a familiar brand or higher specification within reach at a better price. Where we show an RRP, it is a supported reference for the relevant model; your own selling price is always shown clearly.
Your warranty
Graded appliances generally have a 12-month warranty; check the exact term on the individual product and receipt. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
