Free old-appliance collection
When we deliver a similar replacement electrical appliance, we can take away your old appliance for recycling at no extra charge. Tell us when we arrange delivery, and have the old item empty, clean, accessible and disconnected from utilities. We will confirm any disconnection covered by a purchased installation service.
Reuse first
Our aim is to identify appliances suitable for reuse, check and repair them where needed, and put them back into homes. An appliance that cannot be reused goes through an appropriate electrical recycling route.
How to recycle without our delivery
You can ask us about bringing a like-for-like old appliance to our premises, or use a local authority or WEEE Ireland collection point for household electrical recycling. Contact us before bringing a large item so we can confirm arrangements.
Our process
We work with an authorised electrical treatment partner and follow recorded handling and refurbishment processes. If we name a particular compliance scheme or licence on this page, the exact membership and licence details will be added once verified.
