Installation, made straightforward

Installation is only available with our own delivery to an eligible Eircode. The options and prices offered depend on the appliance. Select a service on the product page; after ordering, our team will check the location and connections with you before confirming the installation.

We deliver your appliance. You arrange and pay for any installation you need.

We remove or disconnect the existing appliance where this is part of the agreed service and fit its replacement to suitable existing connections. This is a like-for-like swap: we do not change the home’s plumbing, wiring, gas supply or fixed connections.

There is no existing appliance to replace in that position. Where suitable supply points are already available, we may provide the hoses or appliance-side cable needed for the agreed connection. This costs more because the work is less predictable. We confirm what is included and whether the job is possible before booking it. This service does not create new pipework, electrical circuits or gas connections.

For washing machines and dishwashers, tell us about water, waste and power connections. For refrigeration and dryers, check space, ventilation, safe power and access. Cookers, ovens, hobs and integrated appliances may need specialist connections or cabinetry work, so availability is confirmed individually. We only offer work our team is equipped and authorised to perform.

Gas work must be performed by a Registered Gas Installer. Electrical work that requires a registered contractor will be referred to an appropriately registered professional. We will not connect an appliance to unsafe or unsuitable supplies. If we cannot complete the selected service, we will explain the options and address the installation charge.

Where installation is agreed, we check the appliance’s basic operation and show you the relevant controls. Please keep the area accessible and have any existing appliance emptied before our arrival.
